High Ho Balloons consists of pilot Don "WB" Dougherty, and his incredible crew. We are based out of beautiful Colorado Springs, CO where the scenery (and elevation) is breathtaking. Our team travels to many in- and out-of-state rallies where we have lots of fun, meet many great people, and take lots of pictures to share.

High Ho Balloons is a recreational ballooning team, however, Don is commercially licensed, and we also fly and crew for High But Dry Balloons. High Ho is the name of Don's first balloon. Don also just purchased a new balloon named Suzie-Q. Look for lots of new photos as we fly Suzie-Q at several balloon rallies this summer.

Don has been around hot air ballooning since he was eight years old, and received his pilot's license at the ripe old age of 25. He was trained by pilots Gary "Burner" Born, Scott Nash, and Steve Sinnen, and he still flies with them today.
