Welcome to SandyLicious.com. I have been a horse enthusiast since second grade, when I was given my first pony. I don't recall a time when I didn't have a horse growing up.
When I went away to Eastern Oregon University I met another horse friend (Steve Rother, the natural horsemanship clinician) who was already braiding and hitching horse hair. He assisted me in interpreting this little "how to braid horse hair" book I bought from Tandy Leather.

The horse fever stuck and many years and horses later I have combined my interests in crafts and horses to create unique, original commemorative pieces that can serve to pay respect to a lost friend as well as decorate the temple that is your body. Even better, hair can be harvested from your current horses and combined to make a living tribute to your herd.
I do keep a small inventory of pieces on hand for examples of braids and design possiblities, which are also for sale.
